The opportunity:  

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR Manager, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution to an organization of approximately 145 employees. 

You will play a key role in keeping our HR function organized and responsive, freeing up space for the HR Manager to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring employees receive timely, accurate support.
