The impact you are having

“In 2018, my life changed drastically. After battling illness and years of rejection, fear, and disappointment, I finally found a lifeline with United for Literacy,” shares Maria, one of the recipient of the Learner Achievement Award.

Through the Literacy Leads to Employment program, Maria gained confidence, learned transferable skills, and secured a job that fits her needs. “The tailored support I received made me feel seen and understood. Now, the idea of becoming a tutor and giving back fills me with excitement!”

Sponsors like you help recognize learners such as Maria through the Learner Achievement Award, celebrating their progress and the doors literacy can open.

Join us at Game Night to celebrate stories like Maria’s and help more learners reach their goals through life-changing literacy programs!
